All merchandise purchased via the veinage.ca website or at the workshop must be returned at the customer's expense to the following address: Veinage, 5709, ave Papineau, Suite # 101, Montreal (Quebec) H2G 2W2 Canada. To obtain a refund or make an exchange, the item must be received at the workshop with proof of purchase and be in its original condition. Any item damaged, worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged even if returned within the prescribed period.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your Veinage purchase, we offer you the possibility of exchanging it or having your purchase refunded. However, you must contact us and confirm the reason for your complaint within a maximum of ten (10) days from receipt of your Veinage item. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. All shipping, handling and transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer, if necessary, they will be deducted from the amount refunded.
